Why Desirely exists

At an OnlyFans agency, talking to fans is the heaviest workload. Replies have to be fast, around the clock and in each creator's own voice, while the volume grows with every new subscriber. A chatter gets expensive once you add up commission, hiring, training and supervision. And when messages pile up, response times stretch and quality drops.

Desirely was built to take on the repetitive part of that work: getting to know fans, following up with the ones who've gone quiet, and handling simple sales. Your team keeps what needs a human: complex negotiations, big spenders and custom content. If you'd rather, the AI can also run every conversation for a creator on its own.

Desirely launched in August 2025 and has been commercially available since May 2026.

What Desirely does

Desirely features an AI-powered assistant trained specifically for the nuances of OnlyFans, MYM, Uncove, and Reveal.

It replies to fans in the DMs of your creators' accounts. Everything starts from each creator's profile: personality, active hours, media and sales scripts. The AI picks up the creator's tone and vocabulary, and replies across every conversation on the accounts you've linked.

A conversation in four stages

• Discovery. The AI builds rapport and gets to know the fan: first name, age, job, what they're into. Until it knows the fan's first name and age, it won't take the conversation in a sexual direction.
• Building desire. Gradual teasing, humor, innuendo: it builds anticipation without sending any media yet.
• The sale. When the fan shows a clear intent to buy, the AI follows a script you've prepared, sends the paid media for that step and negotiates within the price range you've set.
• After the sale. It checks in and asks what the fan thought of the content, then gives them a break before making another offer.

Tools around the conversation

• A profile for every fan (Smart Note). The AI records what lasts (first name, job, payday, tastes, limits) and uses it to personalize, even weeks later. These notes stay private and are never sent to the fan.
• Automated follow-ups (Smart AI Follow-Ups). The AI follows up with fans who've stopped replying, on your schedule and within the creator's active hours, and stops as soon as they reply.
• Telegram alerts. When a conversation needs a human, you get a message with a direct link to it.
• Sales tracking. The dashboard shows the revenue generated by the AI, and the Transactions page lists every sale with its commission.

What the AI never does

• It never mentions media it isn't sending, and never promises content that isn't in your scripts.
• It never makes up a service or a price, and never sells below the minimum price you've set.
• It never takes a fan's word for a purchase: only the platform's confirmation counts.
• It respects each creator's off-limits topics, and stops selling when a fan says they can't afford it.

You stay in control

• Three switches. The AI can be turned on or paused per creator, per platform account and per conversation.
• Take over anytime. You can reply to any fan yourself. When you hand the conversation back, the AI reads everything that was said, your messages included.
• Automatic handoff. Flagged content, a request that needs a human, no script left: in those cases, the AI puts the conversation on hold and notifies you.

Security and privacy

• Two ways to connect an account. For MYM, you enter the account email and password in Desirely, which signs in to the platform itself. Other accounts connect through the Desirely Chrome extension, available on the Chrome Web Store: it passes along the session already open in your browser, and you don't enter any password in Desirely.
• Access used only to run the service. The access passed along is used only to receive messages, reply and send media. It is never shared.
• Your data stays separate. Each Desirely account sees only its own creators, conversations and stats. Your conversation data is used only to run the service.
• Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Details are in our privacy policy.

Pricing and billing

• A Free plan with no time limit. Every feature, €0 subscription, 20% commission on AI sales. No credit card to sign up.
• Commissions paid from a credit balance. You top up the balance whenever you like, and €10 in free credits at sign-up covers your first commissions. If the balance hits zero, the AI pauses until you top up.
• Tiers that lower the commission. Core, Pro and Ultra (€29, €59 and €89 per month per platform account, excl. VAT) bring it down to 15%, 10% and 8.5%. Every feature is included from the Free plan: a tier simply lowers your rate.
• Commission on what you actually earn. It's calculated on the creator's net, after the platform's cut, and only on what the AI generates: paid media it sells, tips fans leave it and, on platforms that charge fans to send media (like Reveal), the media fans pay to send. No commission is charged on sales you make yourself or on fan subscriptions.
• A sale counts only once it's confirmed. A sale exists only when the platform confirms the fan unlocked the media.
• No commitment on monthly billing. You can stop a monthly tier anytime: the lower rate runs until the end of the paid period, then the account goes back to 20%, with no features lost.
• Volume discount and annual billing. From 5 platform accounts on a paid tier, you get 10% to 25% off your subscriptions: just message us and we'll add it to your billing. Annual billing takes 30% off the subscription, with a 12-month commitment.
