Article 4 - Nature of the services

Desirely is a SaaS platform (Software as a Service) intended exclusively for professionals (B2B). It provides a conversational AI-powered system designed to help creator management agencies and independent creators automate their interactions with their subscribers on adult-only subscription content platforms.

Access to the Site and the Platform is strictly reserved for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

By accessing the Site, the user declares that they are of legal age and accepts all of these legal notices.

Article 5 - Intellectual property

All content on the desirely.co website (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, design, source code, architecture, databases, AI algorithms, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law, in particular by the Intellectual Property Code and applicable international conventions.

This content is the exclusive property of Desirely and/or its rights holders.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site elements, by any means whatsoever, without the publisher's prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

The logos and trademarks of third-party platforms (notably OnlyFans, MYM, Reveal) reproduced on the Site are for informational purposes only, to indicate the compatibility of Desirely's services with these platforms. These logos and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their display cannot be interpreted as approval, partnership or affiliation with Desirely.

Article 6 - Liability

Desirely makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, Desirely cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published on the Site.

Desirely declines all liability for damages resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it, inaccuracies or omissions in the Site content, damages resulting from the fraudulent intrusion of a third party that led to a modification of the information published on the Site, or the content of third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks present on the Site.

Article 7 - Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Desirely exercises no control over these sites and cannot be held responsible for their content, privacy policy or compliance with applicable regulations.

The insertion of hyperlinks to the Site is authorized provided it does not harm Desirely's image and does not mislead the user as to the nature of the relationship between the third-party site and Desirely.
