Article 4 - Nature of Services

Desirely is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed exclusively for professionals (B2B). It provides an AI-powered conversational system developed to help content creator management agencies and independent creators automate their interactions with their subscribers on adult subscription platforms.

Access to the Website and the Platform is strictly reserved for individuals aged eighteen (18) and over.

By accessing the Website, the user declares that they are of legal age and accepts these legal notices in their entirety.

Article 5 - Intellectual Property

All content on the desirely.co website (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, design, source code, architecture, databases, AI algorithms, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law, in particular by the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international conventions.

9.5 - Consent Management

During their first visit, users are invited to express their choices via a consent banner. It relies on an open-source library (CookieConsent, MIT licence) hosted on the Website, with no provider involved: the choice is stored in a cookie set by the Website itself (cc_cookie, six months).

Users can change their mind at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

The banner collects and stores the user's choice, but the measurement tools load as soon as the page opens: non-essential cookies may therefore be placed before that choice is made. The user can delete them, and block them from being placed, from their browser settings.
