The OFM model-agency contract is the formal agreement that binds a content creator to their management agency. It sets out revenue split, the services provided, each party's responsibilities, the length of the engagement, termination terms, and confidentiality clauses. It's the founding document of the business relationship.

A standard contract states that the agency takes 40% of net revenue in exchange for full chatting, content strategy, and marketing. The model agrees to provide a minimum amount of content each week. The contract runs for 6 months, renewable with 30 days' notice. A non-compete clause prevents the model from working with another agency during the term of the contract.

6. How does sales attribution work (AI vs human)?
It’s simple: whoever triggered the sale gets it. If the AI sent the last message or piece of content before the fan paid, the sale is attributed to the AI and the Desirely commission applies. If a human chatter sent the media or the sales script, the sale belongs to them, even if the AI kept the conversation going in the meantime. The human can take back the conversation at any time and recover the sales that come from it. No gray area.

8. What platforms does Desirely work on?
Desirely is available on Reveal.me, OnlyFans, and MYM. You connect through a Chrome extension that syncs models to your Desirely account.
9. Are my data and my models' data secure?
We know that in the OFM ecosystem, account and content security is a major concern. That is why Desirely was built on a strict principle: your models’ content, whether photos or videos, is stored securely and used only to send PPV and sales scripts to fans, nothing else. No data is shared or resold to third parties. Your human chatters do not have access to DMs or the vault through Desirely. You keep full control of your accounts, and you can turn off the AI for any fan at any time.
